Purse-Suit Designs has come a long way over the last 6 1/2 years.  My purses have evolved over the years from incredibly simplistic (I thought they were all that and a bag of Skittles) to incredibly involved (they now have zippers, hardware, and everything!)  I can only imagine what they will look like in another 6 1/2 years!  It has been a journey of smiles, tears, frustration, and laughter.  My business seems to be an emotional roller coaster...if it were a person it would need to seek counseling!  The above photo is of the Juliette...my newest design.  It has 3 zippers (one for the main opening, one on the flip side of the exterior of the purse and one on the inside pocket), and two patch pockets (one inside and one outside). I saw a segment on "Anderson Cooper" the other day about "safe" purses. An ex criminal told why some purses are safer than others. It was very interesting. The safest purse to own is a cross body bag with a zippered closure. It is harder to yank away from you and there are not any gapping openings for a pick pocket to slide his hand into in a large crowd. Also always keep your crossbody bag in the front of you; not behind you. I must say I carry the New Yorker cross body bag but I keep it behind me to keep it out of my way. What are your thoughts.
